“VERY clean. Restraunt provides room service for very tired guests with excellent food so you dont need to venture out. Quiet room! Kind staff!!”

“Loud guests on the floor upstairs kept us up at night. Had to call staff to deal with them. Breakfast was subpar.”

“The room was very nice, the free breakfast is excellent. That said, the walls are either very thin or I was just unlucky to be next to someone listening to the wee hours with TV volume super loud. I called the front desk 3 times. They called the room twice and knocked on the door, but the volume was left so loud I could not sleep until 1am. I had a 6am wakeup the next morning and was terribly sleepy for my all day meetings. I would not return stay and risk not being able to sleep again.”

“The room was really not great. The floor was sloped and creaky in our room above the pool — and smelled moldy/wet. The breakfast was exceptional for the type of hotel and staff helpful - and bathroom and shower were nice and renovated.”

“You could not sleep with the noise. An alarm went off in my room. Staff said I could fix it. I would have had to move and climb furniture. I was told no maintenance was on staff. That was before 6, after being up from other noise most of the night.”

“Constant smell of cat litter that has never been changed or clean, rude staff, falling apart rooms and windows. Do not recommend.”

“Loved it. I even played one of the three pianos in the parlor -- it was a fine instrument.”

“Comfie bed. Very clean property and breakfast area. Debbie at front desk was so friendly and helpful. She’s honest too. I hadn’t even realized I had left my credit card there when checking in and she brought it to my room. 😁”

“Room was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rude”

“Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.”
